Studio Rental

Welcome to Three Bird Props — a creative space designed with stylists, photographers, and makers in mind.
Located in Boyle Heights, our light-filled studio is the perfect home base for tabletop, cookbook, and product shoots, as well as creative testing and content days.

We are home to an ever-evolving collection of beautiful props, curated surfaces, and one-of-a-kind pieces. Every shelf tells a story — ceramics with character, well-loved linens, vintage glassware, and unexpected finds.

Rates & Packages

We offer simple, flexible options to fit the scale of your shoot — whether you’re producing a campaign or testing a new idea.

  • Studio Only – $600 / 10-hour day
    Ideal for teams bringing their own props and surfaces.

  • Studio + Props & Surfaces – $900 / 10-hour day
    Includes access to the full Three Bird Props collection — shelves of ceramics, glassware, linens, and curated surfaces, ready to style and shoot.

  • Testing Rate – $500 all-in
    A perfect option for portfolio building, lighting tests, or smaller creative projects. Includes studio space, props, and surfaces.
